Timing of Payment
Postal / Bank Transfer / Convenience Store: Payment must be made in advance. Shipping will follow confirmation of payment.
Cash on Delivery: Payment is made upon receipt of goods.
Credit Card / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Charged at time of order. Billing dates vary depending on your provider.
Mobile Carrier Billing: Payment will be charged with your mobile phone bill according to your carrier's schedule.
Paidy (BNPL):

  • Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 10th (convenience store/bank) or the 12th (account transfer).

  • A handling fee applies: 356 yen for convenience store, bank transfer fee as per institution, none for account transfer.

Additional Charges

  • Shipping Fee: From 550 yen (incl. tax). Free shipping for orders over 6,000 yen (incl. tax) per destination in Japan.
    Additional charges may apply for remote islands or multiple destinations.

  • Cash on Delivery Fee:

    • Under ¥10,000 → ¥330

    • ¥10,000–¥30,000 → ¥440

    • ¥30,000–¥100,000 → ¥660

    • ¥100,000–¥300,000 → ¥1,100

  • Transfer Fees: Customer bears postal/bank transfer fees.

  • Convenience Store & Pay-easy Payment Fee: Handled per transaction.

  • Gift Wrapping Fee: Charged separately for special packaging and message cards.

Tax
All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days from the order date (or payment confirmation for prepaid methods).
Pre-order, custom-made, and out-of-stock items may take longer—notice will be given.
Delays may occur during peak seasons (New Year, Golden Week, summer holidays).

Order Validity
Orders remain valid for two weeks from placement. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you by email.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or changes.
Please double-check the product and quantity before confirming your order.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, for hygiene reasons.
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will respond in good faith.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery

  • The item was damaged or altered after delivery

  • The item has been used

  • The original packaging is damaged or missing

  • The item has been opened (due to hygiene regulations)

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Cooling-off does not apply to online sales in Japan under this law.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is borne by us only in the case of defects or incorrect deliveries.

Deadline for Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted beyond this period.
