Timing of Payment

  • Postal / Bank Transfer / Convenience Store: Payment in advance. Shipment follows confirmation of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt of goods.
  • Credit Card / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Charged at the time of order. Billing dates depend on your provider.
  • Mobile Carrier Billing: Charged together with your mobile phone bill according to your carrier’s terms.
  • Paidy (BNPL): Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month. Payment is due by the 10th (convenience store or bank transfer) or the 12th (automatic account transfer).

Handling fees apply depending on the payment method:

  • Convenience store payment: ¥356 (incl. tax)
  • Bank transfer: Bank transfer fees borne by the customer
  • Account transfer (Paidy): No handling fee

Additional Charges

Shipping Fee:
From ¥550 (incl. tax). Free shipping for orders exceeding ¥6,000 (incl. tax) per destination within Japan. Additional charges may apply for remote islands or multiple delivery addresses.

Cash on Delivery Fee:

  • Under ¥10,000: ¥330
  • ¥10,000 – ¥30,000: ¥440
  • ¥30,000 – ¥100,000: ¥660
  • ¥100,000 – ¥300,000: ¥1,100

Postal transfer fees, bank transfer fees, and convenience store payment fees are borne by the customer. Gift wrapping and special packaging services are charged separately.

Tax

All listed prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days from the order date (or from payment confirmation for prepaid methods).

Delivery may take longer for pre-order items, made-to-order products, or out-of-stock items. Delays may also occur during peak seasons such as New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays.

Order Validity

Orders remain valid for two (2) weeks from the order date. If payment is not confirmed within this period for prepaid orders, the order may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or changes to the order cannot be accepted. Please review product details and quantities carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted, including unopened items, for hygiene and quality control reasons.

If the delivered product is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will address the matter in good faith.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The product has been damaged or altered after delivery
  • The product has been used
  • The original packaging or labels are damaged or missing
  • The product has been opened (for food hygiene reasons)

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that the cooling-off system under Japanese law does not apply to online sales.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by us only in cases of defective products or incorrect delivery.
