●The deadline for payment is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, it may be the 20th* in January and May.
●A fee will be charged for each monthly payment (claim) depending on the payment method. In the case of convenience store payment, the transfer fee is 356 yen (tax included), and in the case of bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. In the case of fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

■ Necessary amount other than product price:
〇Shipping: Shipping costs from 550 yen (including tax).
If the total product price (including tax) exceeds 6,000 yen per order and per delivery address, the shipping fee will be free of charge.
* If the delivery area is a remote island or some areas, or if you wish to deliver to multiple destinations, the shipping fee may be calculated and added separately according to the total product price (tax included). Please note.
〇 Cash-on-delivery fee: In the case of cash-on-delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged.

If you specify postal transfer, bank transfer, or convenience store payment as your payment method, we will ship after payment is confirmed.
During the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays (Obon), there are periods when shipping cannot be performed, and it may take longer than that. Please note that if you place an order around that time, the delivery date may be shifted.

■ About returns:
Please note that due to the nature of the product being food, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience for hygiene control of the product.

Please note that basically we cannot accept refunds or returns after one week has passed since the product arrived.
